JOSEPH HAYDEN

Hello, my name is Joe, and I am excited at the opportunity to train with you. I've been interested in physical fitness since the age of 16 and at age 20 I got the chance to start working at a local gym. As I experience the fitness world, an interest in becoming a trainer was sparked. I worked hard and got my certification through ACE at the age of 23. From there my sparked interest grew and become one of my greatest passions.  After 12 years, I am glad to say I am still as passionate about training as I was on day 1. The opportunity to help others and see them grow make this job so fulfilling. I can't wait to meet you and help you along your own health and fitness journey.

JAMIE MAGINNESS

I've been in the fitness and wellness industry for 21 years. I've held several fitness certifications through the YMCA of the USA, SilverSneakers, the Arthritis Foundation, Livestrong Cancer Survivor Program, Diabetes Prevention, TRX and many more. Currently I hold a Personal Training certification through YMCA/ACE and Group Fitness certification through YMCA of the USA, with a focus on working with the aging population. I continue to grow my education to keep up with the industry changes. As a Trainer/Instructor, my passion is working with those who are actively aging, have physical ailments or diseases that they are coming to terms with and want to continue living their best life.

Each day is a gift and a place to start taking care of yourself. A body in motion stays in motion, and a body moving makes you feel better about yourself and life.

My name is Stacy, I have been involved in Strength Training and Fitness for over 15 years and I love to share my experience with others. I finally decided to turn my passion for fitness into a profession so I can help people learn how to properly train and reach their fitness goals.
